A homeowner portal with your branding.

Give homeowners one place for documents, defect reports and conversations with your team after handover. Your team invites each owner by email. They can then sign in, report a defect, see the deadline you set and follow progress for their home.

"Did you receive it, who is handling it, and when?"

When homeowners cannot see whether a report has been received or who is handling it, they contact your team for updates. A homeowner portal should show the report, its progress and the deadline your team has set, alongside the home's documents and messages.

Useful before anything goes wrong.

Floor plans, manuals, certificates and handover documents, shared per property or once per project. Owners find them in the same place every time. You see who has opened what, replace a document and keep its history, set an expiry on time-limited documents, and check which homes are still missing something from the required pack.

The owner watches the case move.

Every report has a number and a progress timeline: Submitted, Registered, Under review, In progress, Resolution. The deadline your team sets is visible to the owner. Until then, the timeline explains that their manager will set it. Resolution records the outcome of the case.

Conversations stay with the home.

Homeowners use Messages to contact your team about their home, attach photos and return to earlier conversations. Your team can add a contractor when needed, and the owner can see which parties are included. Conversations stay separate from defect records. There is no neighbourhood-wide resident chat.

Your logo on the door, Toveta in the corner.

Owners sign in at yourname.toveta.app and see your logo, your accent colour and your name as the sender of every email. Growth and above can use a domain of your own, such as homes.yourcompany.com, set up by us.

Signing in is opening an email.

Owners receive an invitation, open a link, and are in. The link is single-use and expires in fifteen minutes; there is no password to forget. An owner with a flat in one project and a parking space in another has one login for both.

What the owner never sees.

Other owners' homes, internal categories and severity, internal notes, prices, valuations, commissions and documents you have not shared. Access controls keep this information private.

No app to download.

The portal runs in a browser on a phone or computer. Your team invites each owner, who signs in through an email link. There is no app to install and no password to remember.

Frequently asked questions

Do owners need an app?

No. The portal runs in the phone's browser. Owners open the link from their invitation.

Do we control what owners see?

Yes. Owners can access the homes they have been invited to, the documents you share, their defect reports and conversations they participate in. Internal team information stays private.

Can an owner give access to a partner or a tenant?

Your team can invite each co-owner with their own email. Tenants are invited by your team if you allow it.

Can neighbours see each other's reports?

No. Every record belongs to one property, and access is checked for every request.

What happens when an owner sells?

Your team moves the home to the new owner. The history stays with the home, and the previous owner's access ends.

Can we use our own domain?

Growth and above can use a domain of your own, such as homes.yourcompany.com, set up by us.
