Manage aftercare across your residential developments.
For housebuilders and residential developers managing customer care after handover. Bring homeowner reports, contractor tasks and deadlines into one system. Your team assigns the work, checks the result and decides when to close each case.

Toveta fits if:
- You hand over homes every year and expect to keep doing so.
- A named person owns customer care or warranty work.
- Several teams do the repairs: your own technicians, subcontractors, the original builder.
- The monthly report on open cases is assembled by hand, and you would like it not to be.
Toveta is probably not for you if:
- You are looking for a sales CRM, reservations, payments or e-signing.
- You have one project of fifteen homes and no plans for another.
- You need a custom integration before you will change a workflow.
What your customer care team gets
One defect list across your projects.
See defects across the projects you have access to. Filter by deadline, overdue work and who is responsible for the next action.
The details needed to assess a defect.
Location, floor-plan pin, photos. If something is missing, ask the owner from inside the record; they get one email, and the answer lands in the timeline.
Duplicates linked.
Two owners report the same crack in the stairwell; link them and do the work once. Each owner keeps their own report and its timeline.
Severity and category stay internal.
Owners describe what they see. Your team decides how urgent it is and which team it belongs to.
Emergencies routed.
Mark a case as an emergency and it goes where your rules say, immediately.
Internal notes that stay internal.
Notes are visible to your team, with no access for owners or contractors.
A number on every defect.
D-2026-014 means the same thing in an email, on a call and in a meeting.
The decisions that stay with you
Deadlines
You set them. The owner sees the date; until then they see that their manager will set it. Nobody picks "tomorrow" from a dropdown.
Closure
A contractor can say done. Only your team closes a case, and only your team reopens one. Every reopening carries a reason.
What the owner sees
Owners see documents when you share them. Prices, valuations, internal notes and categories remain private to your team.
Your vocabulary
Statuses and categories are configured per organisation, and the owner's navigation is always Defects and Messages, so nobody has to learn a new word for the same thing.
What this costs you today, and what we measure
Every defect carries four coordination costs:
- Collecting the report and its evidence
- Deciding urgency and a deadline
- Getting a contractor to do the work and following up
- Telling the owner and proving it was done
We start by recording your baseline, then track the same numbers in Toveta: time to assign, time to close, owner follow-ups per case, share of cases closed with complete evidence, overdue share. We do not quote a percentage we have not measured with you. You get your numbers, before and after.
Running before the next handover
- 1Upload a spreadsheet of properties and owners yourself, or send them straight from your CRM through the Toveta API.
- 2Upload the documents each owner should have.
- 3Set your statuses, categories, and the people in each responsible team.
- 4Invite owners. They sign in from an email link; there are no passwords to reset.

What Toveta does not do
Sales CRM, reservations, payments, e-signing, BIM, native apps, community chat, AI-written replies.
Data stays where it belongs
Aftercare records contain personal information: homeowners' names, addresses and photos of their homes. Toveta controls access by role and property, so each person sees the information they are authorised to use.
Every record belongs to one property, and access is checked on the server for every request, whether the request comes from an owner, a member of staff or a contractor.
Owners and contractors sign in with single-use email links that expire after fifteen minutes. Staff use their own accounts; two-factor authentication is required for developer administrators.
Every change to a case is an event with a time and an author. Events cannot be edited afterwards, and records an owner can see are never hard-deleted.
Every email is recorded before sending, with a delivery history your team can refer to when checking notifications.
Support access by Toveta staff to your data is granted per request, read-only, limited to twenty-four hours, and logged.
Frequently asked questions
Can Toveta work alongside our existing buyer portal?
Yes. Keep your existing sales portal. Toveta manages aftercare after handover, with defect records, homeowner documents and conversations in one place.
Will contractors use it without training?
They open a link from an email and see only the work assigned to them. There is nothing to install and no password to remember.
Can one homeowner access properties from different developers?
Yes. Owners use the same account for every property they are invited to. The central owner space brings these homes together; each developer's branded portal shows only that developer's homes.
What information can contractors access?
Contractors see defects assigned to their team and conversations your staff explicitly include them in. They do not have access to your full owner directory, internal notes or unrelated records.
Can we use our own domain?
Every plan includes yourname.toveta.app with your logo and colours. Growth and above can use a custom domain set up by us. Removing Toveta branding requires a separate commercial agreement.
What does onboarding cost?
There is no mandatory onboarding fee. Migrations from other systems and bespoke integrations are quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.
Which languages does the Toveta product support?
Toveta is available in Lithuanian and English.
